General Committee Report
Day 1:
The committee deliberated on the economic and social impacts stemming from the Israel-Palestine conflict. They proposed a formal contract aimed at enhancing humanitarian aid and promoting economic stability in the region. This included financial support for infrastructure projects. Additionally, they conducted a thorough review of humanitarian aid distribution and trade disruptions during the moderated caucus.
Day 2: CRISIS!
Delegates faced real-time crisis scenarios during discussions on the invasion of Palestine, prompting them to think quickly and strategically. Deliberations centered around the provision of financial and military aid, as well as crisis management strategies. These discussions highlighted the complexities and urgency involved in addressing the humanitarian, security, and diplomatic dimensions of the invasion of Palestine.
RESOLUTION
ECOSOC reached a resolution to promote most aspects of the two-state solution of Israel and Palestine and requested the UNDP to help with rebuilding of critical infrastructure
